Jay, jeune acteur londonien d’origine indienne, ne trouve plus de rôles après que son ex- petite amie ait mis sur internet une vidéo de leurs ébats amoureux. Il doit faire face à l’hostilité de ses parents tout en tenant les comptes du restaurant familial où les clients se font rares. En dépit de l’optimisme de son meilleur ami et de son agent, il a le sentiment que l’avenir n’offre aucune perspective… jusqu’au jour où il rencontre Hannah, une charmante Américaine qui ne va jamais sur internet.
Jay, a young London actor of Indian origin, finds himself blacklisted by casting agents after his vengeful ex-girlfriend posts one of their amorous trysts on the internet. He is left to deal with his hostile parents while taking care of the books for the family restaurant, which itself is suffering a decline in popularity. Despite the enthusiasm shown by his best friend and his agent, Jay feels as though his professional life as well as his love life is doomed…until the day he meets Hannah, a charming American who doesn’t use the internet.
