Ossie et Tito vivent avec leur père, un ancien nomade sédentarisé dans la banlieue de Dublin et alcoolique depuis la mort de sa femme. Lorsque leur grand-père ramène un cheval blanc avec lui, les enfants se prennent d’affection pour l’animal et l’installent dans leur appartement. Mais la police le leur enlève et le cheval finit dans le haras d’un riche propriétaire. Ossie et Tito partent alors le délivrer, se lançant dans une course effrénée vers l’Ouest pour échapper à la police.
Emouvant et féerique, ce film magique sera montré dans le cadre des « Goûters de l’Ecran » du Katorza. Séance ouverte à tous, bien sûr. Séance suivie d’un débat avec les enfants et d’un goûter. Film à partir de 8-9 ans.

Ossie and Tito live with their father, an ex-nomad and alcoholic since the death of his wife, in the suburbs of Dublin. When their grandfather brings a white horse home with him one day, the children become very attached to the creature and decide to keep it. One day the horse is taken by the police and ends up in the hands of a rich landlord. Ossie and Tito set out for the west in a frantic race against time to save the horse whilst also trying to escape the police.
Both moving and enchanting, this magical film will be shown as part of Katorza’s “Goûters de l’Ecran”.
