Le film sera précédé d’une introduction par Martine Stirling, maître de conférences en civilisation britannique à l’Université de Nantes.

A pipe in one hand, a cup of tea in the other, Tony Benn, a man who has often been criticized in the British press for his socialist views, invites us into his private world. In addition to revealing one man’s personal life and political trajectory, this impeccably filmed documentary also casts light on a whole period of British history.
The film will be introduced by Dr Martine Stirling, senior lecturer in British history at the University of Nantes.
